Project Description:
A Joint Venture between SembUtilities Teesside Ltd. And One NorthEast
for the provision of infrastructure and services to facilitate
the development of circa 10 hectares of land at Wilton International
and secure inward investment in speciality and fine chemicals
supporting the further development of the chemical sector in
the Tees Valley.
