Project Description:
This project intends to develop managed workspace, which will be
linked to the broadband network, and aimed at high tech start-up
businesses. It will assist in the growth of small businesses
with a particular focus on growth sectors. The scheme will provide
purpose built modern workspace which will meet the needs of these
growth sectors in business development. Potentially up to 32
units will be created with a central hub where communal services
will be provided such as: reception services; meeting facilities;
administration support; business and technical support. DTZ Pieda
has undertaken an Incubator Strategy and this has determined
the need for a 30,000 sq.ft. development of Queens Meadow and
the refurbishment of Brougham Enterprise Centre.
