Project Description:
Finalise the master plan on the 120 ha site, prepare Assessments
and reports (eg EIA, TIA, Flood, Retail) to support a planning
application and Supplementary Guidance with the necessary Public
consultation. Acquire appropriate non-conforming users to the
master plan and carry out the necessary site investigation work.
Prepare detailed plans and proposals for the coastal pedestrian/cycle
way route to connect the marina with the Headland by a new bridge
over the harbour.
