Project Description:
The development of the Wynyard Woodland Park as a key Tees Forest
regional countryside attraction. This will be added to by a further
investment at Preston Park to ensure this is a prime visitor
destination. The investment at Preston Park will complement the
works taking place at Wynyard Woodland Park in an overall strategy
for the Tees Forest Gateway that will not only help improve the
image of the sub region but also asked a tourism destination
and compliment the healthy lifestyle initiatives to encourage
a more productive workforce. This project will also build on
the previous feasibility study funded by TVP.
