The Partnership will continue to exercise prudent management
and prioritisation over the programme period to ensure maximisation
of programme and continuous alignment with the Tees Valley Vision,
the Regional Economic Strategy and other related strategies and
action plans (e.g. the Regional Employment Sites and Premises Study,
the Regional Incubation Strategy, the Rural Action Plan, Adult
Skills Pilot; FRESA etc).
Programme Delivery
The Partnership will continue to operate through
primarily two delivery and monitoring mechanisms, the Central
Secretariat and the Local Package Management Groups, with the Central
Secretariat having an over arching responsibility for maintaining
the strategic direction of the programme throughout its life time.
