Project Description:
Prepare upgraded master plan for Greater NorthBank area (20 ha
to 73 ha). The Greater area will include sites adjacent to the
core area already reclaimed to ensure overall cohesive plan.
Sites will be acquired, reclamation carried out and necessary
Assessments (eg EIA, Economic appraisal, site investigations,
TIA etc) will be carried out to support a planning application
or potential Supplementary Guidance.
