The Partnership Board is responsible for policy development, the strategic direction of the programme and for producing and updating it’s three year Action/Investment Plan. The Board meets on a quarterly basis.
The Board has established an Executive Group with delegated powers for delivery decisions. The Executive Group is responsible for the approval/rejection of applications, for reviewing the programme and for ensuring achievement of agreed targets. The Executive Group meets on a monthly basis.
